I had been reviewing many houses on zilla from Florida to Tennessee and Zillow connected me with Gabriela Fletcher back in the end of June or July of 2026. Then I’d gone through a couple of health challenges and did not reconnect with her after looking at one house until she asked me on 10 September after I did a prequalification with her recommended lending agent if I wanted to view houses on the following Friday, which would’ve been September 11. We shuffled many houses back-and-forth through the Internet and she responded the best she could, but she told me a couple days before that I may be able to qualify for a brand new home and his luck would have it. Her client had canceled on that Thursday, September 10, and by 6:13 PM, September 10, I had found my dream home and we shook hands on it and she wrote up the contracts and now I am the proud owner of my very first home with me and my best friend, companion, my little dog on September 30th, went away to round out the fiscal year and to make many dreams of 60 years to have our own home acknowledged received and followed through it. I recommend Gabriela to anybody who wants that dream come true. She is the best Gabriela Fletcher with benchmark reality serving Middle Tennessee, Nashville, Tennessee
