This is my third experience working with James. He helped me sell my house, in a very bad market, in 2010. In 2011 he was essential in making a very good purchase of a condo, a condo that had been on and off the market for a few years. This past June helped sell this condo. James has all it takes, great people skills, deep knowledge of the current trends, a great sense of humor, always available to answer questions and a wonderful sense of humor. Both the home in 2010 and the condo in 2022 were sold to the first looker for the asking price....cannot get any better than that!
