Also a virtual tour and 3-D visual. My home had several likes and showings immediately. I will definitely use Jamie Sanchez in selling or buying a house. He has the best performance for only 3.7% , which is half the going rate. Other realtors with half the experience will charge you double and ignore you. Jamie Sanchez sold my house within a month and the whole process was smooth and he brought me top dollar for my home.

James did a good through job We worked thru some strange buyers you just kinda know some of the requests of potential buyers were out of place ,so when a solid buyer came along every thing fell Into place quite nicely that's were James earned his keep it after all was a rather complicated sale that hinged upon two other sales had to go thru prior to completion of final Transaction so all and all it went well Thanks to James and his staff Kevin r Johnson 8-17-22
