In one of the toughest real estate markets, Eze was able to find the right buyer for our cherished home. It isn't the flashiest or most appealing home but it was still very special to us as we lived here for almost 15 years. There were several homes in the area for sale but Eze found a way to advertise and get the right eyes on our place. Closing was relatively painless and he helped find our family a bigger spot that we could grow in to. We are very pleased with the end result.

We also found Eze to be respectful of our time constraints when buying- even stepping in to attend a viewing when we could not. Most importantly, we never felt alone during the process. Never was involved with a sale of a house before and didn't know what to expect.. Eze explained what would happen every step of the way. He had great insight and anticipated correctly. He answered all my questions accurately and made me feel at ease when I showed signs of getting stressed out.. Very friendly and kind person. When I made a 3 hour trip into Baltimore to clean out personal belongings Eze showed up to volunteer some of his time. Great guy and true professional.. Highly recommended..
