We were buying from out of state and Erin spent a lot of time with us on the phone prior to us even coming down to look at homes giving us a good idea of the different parts of the Phoenix metro area and making recommendations based on our preferences of where we would most likely be happiest. Erin was available at any time of the day and was always happy to help answer questions for us. He has a great understanding of the real estate market and made the process so much easier. When we finally came down to see the houses Erin managed to show us 37 houses in two days! Once we settled on the house we wanted, Erin helped with the negotiations, accompanied the the home inspection guy and worked with the escrow company to speed up the closing. Could not be happier with how the process went and we are very glad we chose to work with Erin, I wish I could click on 6 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟
