It is so hard to know how to describe how incredible Erin was. - She is reassuring and it is easy to be honest with her about your likes/dislikes. Sometimes the process is also emotional and she intuits how you feel and knows how to address the feelings that inevitably come up as you see properties. - She is straightforward and will share her expertise and tell you what she thinks (if you want to know only, which I really did) about whether you can find something better or not and when a property is good. She did not push us to go for a place we liked early on even though it could have been an easy done deal for her. She did give us clear opinions and comps on how much she thought we should offer and it was SPOT ON. - She really wants you to end up with the place you love. She listens carefully and remembers your preferences and your spouse's - you can go with her alone and she somehow recalls what your spouse would think! - She is very available and responsive and reliable. I work weird hours and could always reach her, get quick answers, find ways to meet. Showings were always smooth and I always felt confident with her handling things. - She goes above and beyond to support your offers and make your dream come true. She spent a lot of time behind the scenes arguing our case to help us land our home. - she is efficient! We shopped pregnant and just wanted to be in to move during second trimester and start nesting. Thanks to Erin, we had a single family home in a very desirable neighborhood after only 3 weeks of working together with our first offer! - She is also just a pleasure to be around :) You will be spending time with however it is, it is a treat to enjoy their company! We are forever grateful to Erin!!
I couldn’t have asked for a better agent in Erin. I told her what I was looking forward and what I could afford and she went to work. Never pressured me in anyway. When it came time to put an offer in she was always honest and upfront with me. She did her research about the area and was able to help me negotiate my way into my new home.
