Erin Hoover

I recently sold my rental property in Aurora and lived in Conifer. I found Erin Hoover at the Conifer Keller Williams office. My rental property had been completely vandalized on the inside and outside. I had at least $45,000 dollars in damages. Once I evicted the renters I began to work. I was prepared to work a long time and pay other contractors money to repair it. Erin called and I described what had happened. Thankfully she understood the problem and asked me if we could meet at the house. When we met at the house she walked around a few minutes and suggested I sell the house as a fixer upper. That was a great idea as I was not excited to spend 2 months fixing the house instead of working. I thought about it for a day and called her. I had expected to list for $275,000. During the discussion she said it will sell at $300,000. Also she explained what the minimum amount of work was needed to get the buyers in the house comfortably with the work being on their part. She had targeted a type of buyer I wasn't to informed about. I agreed, hired a contractor for a couple of days and listed it for $300,000.00. I was hesitant but in only 2 days I got a full price offer. I couldn't believe it. Erin nailed it on price and work. Also Erin was great to work with. She was always professional, very informative, responsive, organized and knew what to do right away. We closed in less than 30 days. I have referred her to a few friends. I couldn't say a bad thing about her. It went so fast compared to months of work I had originally planned to do. WHAT A TREMENDOUS RELIEF. Thanks to Erin Hoover!!!
