Erika is fantastic!! She took full control of the process from start to finish. She also has a huge network of contractors and helped me tackle a few checklist items prior to sale. She really knows the market and has a passion for her business. She kept me updated at every step along the way and made everything so easy. I have bought and sold many properties in the past and this was the best experience ive had by far. I would highly recommend her!

Ericka was truly excellent. She coached us through several months of house searching and really focused on tailoring our searches to the house that we were looking for. She gave practical, relevant advice in response to every question we asked and to many that we did not think to ask. She also went above and beyond by providing us with contact info for quite a few home improvement professionals. We are now midway through our home renovations and can confirm she gave accurate and helpful advice about all of the professionals we’ve used. Not only was Ericka an expert real estate professional, but we enjoyed spending time with her! We will miss meeting her to go look at houses!
