Before I listed the house, I contacted Eric for advice in what needed to make the house more appealing for sale. He came out and walked it, from top to bottom, and reviewed the outside as well, and suggested changes that would be helpful. We also talked about the timing of the sale, which was near the end of summer, and if I could get these items completed, there was a good chance of the house getting sold quickly. As soon as I was ready, Eric arrived with the photographer, got it posted on the internet and scheduled an open house. Within one week, there were about 25 families that visited, and we were presented with a purchase offer! The potential buyers had a home inspection, which showed a few unknown issues, and the buyers were willing to wait while they got corrected. This was a stressful, busy, and challenging time - trying to get everything done well and in a timely basis. Throughout it, Eric communicated every question, answer, and paperwork, and offered names and numbers of appropriate services I could use. He was timely, courteous and respectful, as well as helpful, and was the perfect resource in getting the sale completed! I can wholeheartedly recommend Eric - and I thank him for his professional attitude and capabilities!
