Laurie did a great job. She gave me advice on what I should and should not do to prep the house for sale. She advised me what was unnecessary as well as what needed top priority. Her communication was top notch, starting while I was doing repairs/cleanup and through closing. Here knowledge of the local market was great. I highly recommend her if you need someone to help you buy or sell real estate.
