Eric Greenstein was always my "go to" realtor. We met when I purchased my condo in 2016. Through the last 9 years I often asked him to show me different properties and he was always willing and with a smile. He drove me around or met me at least 20 homes. Each time I apologized for not making a decision. He always reminded me that he loved his work and was happy to represent me. I finally decided to move out of Florida and listed my condo. The sale went smoothly and again he was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. Even when he was on vacation. With my home I was trying to sell being only one bedroom, it was not an easy sale. Yet, I desperately wanted to move closer to my grandchildren.
