We worked with Eric Wilson to purchase our home and then sell it 2 years later. The market was very different when we sold. We found Eric to be very knowledgeable and professional. He was patient with us and not pushy and he worked hard to be creative to come up with ideas to share info re our home. He continued to make a lot of effort even though our home was in the market for 6 months. He provided a lot of feedback and was very honest and sincere and easy to work with. He definitely went above and beyond!

Eric helped making the home buying process go smoothly. He would relay important information promptly. Any questions we had, he would gladly answer them! Lots of documents were sent out way, and he had no issues going over them thoroughly with us.

Eric goes above and beyond on the sale side and the buying side. He even walked our dog during a showing when we weren’t home! He was always available when we needed him and was knowledgeable about the process. He often times went out of his way to do additional research behind the scenes and helped make the move transition less stressful!
