Emily did a great job helping me buy a home. We looked at a dozen or more homes. She was very patient and would point out both the positive and negative aspects of the homes we visited. This was very helpful to quickly assess whether the home was right for me and my family's needs. She knew the area very well. She was very responsive in providing current market value for homes of interest. She recommended a very good home inspector(s) and was instrumental in getting a condition fixed based on the home inspection. This prevented possible future issues and expenses. She was a pleasure to work with doing the sometimes stressful home buying process.
Emily was so great to work with. We were introduced to her by one of the lenders we had been speaking with and while we didn't stay with that lender, we were so grateful to met Emily! She always gave constructive feedback on the houses we looked at and pointed out issues if she saw them, which I sincerely appreciated. Despite the crazy market and houses going under contract within a day, I never felt pressured to make a decision by her. Will definitely use her again if/when we selll!
