She went way beyond what I would term “normal service” to help manage the sale of my home in Denver because of some troublesome personal issues getting in the way. When I finally get back to Colorado (I restored my Eastern status in CT) to visit my western family, I will link up with Emily with dinner and wine.

I have worked with Emily on multiple homes. This time it was with my parents' house. This was the longest process ever and she was invested before my parents even decided they were ready to move. She was kind and patient with them while working so hard to get us all the information we needed to make the process as smooth as possible. She made me realize I could never do what she does because I do not have the patience of a saint; which is what you needed to work with my parents on this sale. We dealt with a mix of stubbornness and health issues and she took every moment in stride. My sisters and I would not have survived this whole process without Emily at the helm. Emily is the best! She has now helped me purchase two homes, and sold one of them. She is an expert in the Denver market and it shows. For this home sale she successfully negotiated with the buyer at $40k over asking price. I couldn't be happier! The entire transaction was very smooth as I know she was working her magic in the background. She's a great agent and friend to have.
