Emilie is spot on with her knowledge of the buying /selling scenarios. If she does not know an answer she finds out for you, while always conducting herself professionally and proficiently. I don't know what we would do without her!
Emilie took her time and set up multiple viewings which helped to narrow down more of what I really wanted in my home. She was very responsive, and informative.
My husband and I have been considering buying a house for a few years now. My husband was prior military so we had a VA home loan. Most realators that we had come across over the years, mostly seemed to have wasted our time and always seemed unenthusisiastic. Once we had met Emily it had changed. She would encourage for us to view multiple houses within a day, instead of one or two houses here and there. If we had any questions or concerns she would answer us to the best of her abilities, or explain who to speak to in order to have our questions answered accurately. She recommended multiple different lenders, so that we could "have options and shop around". During the searching period, I would send her a list of houses and she would respond promptly (or within reasonable time) with a "viewing list" sometimes she would even add in extra houses that were in our price range to the list. This made going and looking at houses seem like valuable time, versus prior experience of going and viewing one or two with the probability of not being able to have the VA home loan approve the houses to being with. She even played with our son (who is 2) while the inspection was being completed on our house so that my husband could put 100% of his attention on what the inspector was stating. She encouraged our 14 year old daughter to dream up her room area and envision what she would want her new layout to be. This made our daughter extra excited about the move. I would highly recommend her to family and friends, and I already have. She is currently helping out my lifelong friend of over 25 years with the same ambition and drive that she helped us with. Working with Emily made buying a home exciting, and once meeting her it is obvious she enjoys what she does and only wants what is best for clients.
This was our first home purchase so we weren't sure what to expect. We've had other realtors in the past while looking for our starter home and none seemed like they cared if we got one or not. So when Emilie became our realtor we were worried she would be the same. Yet Emilie was an amazing, the others pale in comparison to her. From finding homes for us to look at, to helping us find our perfect home. She was very attentive, courteous, and extremely helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy their home. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring realtor.
