This is the third time Elise has represented us. We were very pleased each time. Four years ago when our daughter started medical school at Midwestern University, we bought a house with Elise as our realtor. Our daughter has now graduated so we decided to sell the house. Given that we live out of state, we needed a lot of extra support. Elise helped us determine what we needed to do prior to selling the house, and she arranged and coordinated all of the services that were necessary, such as the painters, cleaners, handyman etc. Then when we were responding to the buyer’s post-inspection requests, Elise also arranged and coordinated these. In fact, since we weren’t around to even take out the garbage, she did that too! She is totally adept and willing to do whatever is needed! Our house sold very quickly. We put it on the market on a Friday, Elise had an open house on Saturday, and we accepted an offer out of multiple offers on Sunday. We were very pleased with the offer and the entire process. Although I know that luck is always part of an easy sale, I also think the correct preparation and selling process/strategy is a huge and critical factor! Thank you Elise!!

Elise's communication was excellent. I was selling an AZ home that I just bought and she went to check out the market in a 55+ community to help me get an idea of what I could sell the house for. I was competing with new homes and the builder Lennar was giving away incentives to new buyers. Her research paid off and we came up with a selling price. She offered feedback throughout the sale and I could text her for immediate responses. I was hospitalized during this process and she went above and beyond to work with my Power of Attorney to get the necessary documents signed and work with escrow as well in my absense. Once released from the hospital, I was able to do more to work with my team. She also referred a moving company to me so I could get the contents of my home back to CA and coordinated the packing as well. She followed through on all necessary steps, and was very detailed-oriented. We (the team) problem-solved as we came across a couple of obstacles in the process. Her professionalism was excellent and helped me get through everything while being hospitalized and then recovering. She truly went above and beyond for me and the sale of my home!! She has years of real estate experience and she understands the current market values and trends. I honestly couldn't have done this without Elise's hard work and care in my particular situation. Elise made the home selling process so simple for us! She helped us make sure things were in selling condition and then quickly had at least 2-3 showings a day scheduled before we held out only open house.
