She went the extra mile, working hard to make sure the house was staged properly to ensure that potential buyers would be attracted to the house. She was always available to take our calls and answer any questions we had, she made it a point to keep us informed on any potential buyers and also let us know anytime she had a showing scheduled. She was always available and able to give us valuable input in how and what we could and do to make the house more desirable to buyers. This is the third time Elise has represented us. We were very pleased each time. Four years ago when our daughter started medical school at Midwestern University, we bought a house with Elise as our realtor. Our daughter has now graduated so we decided to sell the house. Given that we live out of state, we needed a lot of extra support. Elise helped us determine what we needed to do prior to selling the house, and she arranged and coordinated all of the services that were necessary, such as the painters, cleaners, handyman etc. Then when we were responding to the buyer’s post-inspection requests, Elise also arranged and coordinated these. In fact, since we weren’t around to even take out the garbage, she did that too! She is totally adept and willing to do whatever is needed! Our house sold very quickly. We put it on the market on a Friday, Elise had an open house on Saturday, and we accepted an offer out of multiple offers on Sunday. We were very pleased with the offer and the entire process. Although I know that luck is always part of an easy sale, I also think the correct preparation and selling process/strategy is a huge and critical factor! Thank you Elise!!

To begin, I was an out-of-state buyer, so I really needed someone to guide the entire process from the search through the closing. Elise Fay stepped up and got it done. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the market and gave me valuable advice about the 15 homes we viewed. It turns out that the home I purchased was not one that we were able to view, but rather, I had built a trust in her judgement during our search and trusted her to view the home for me in my absence.
