Elise was a Godsend to our family when purchasing our home. From our first meeting it was easy to tell that Elise was not only knowledgeable and market savvy but also very passionate about her job. And it showed. During showings, she knew about the neighborhood and would critically look over every nook and cranny of the home and educate us on what to look out for. Once she knew what we were looking for, she’d even look at houses for us. Elise helped us purchase a house in Glendale. Our daughter is going to start at Midwestern University, and we happen to see a house very close to the campus on Zillow. I responded to Zillow and she called me back within a couple hours. Her phone approach was very thorough and complete, so I felt comfortable scheduling our cousins to tour the house with her the next day. They met with her and felt very comfortable as well. We made an offer on the house shortly there after. She had a very seasoned approach to negotiating the offer, so we got the house at a fair price. We actually did not meet Elise in person until about a month after the house closed. She continued to be very helpful by giving us references to a pool company, gardener, etc. I highly recommend her.
Elise made purchasing a home so painless. I was looking for my first house while I was still living in NYC and only had one weekend to shop. After finding a house in that weekend, Elise handled everything from the contract presentation to the final walkthrough so I was able to walk right in when I finally arrived. I can’t say enough about Elise and the job she did for my family and I. We were in and out of the house market looking for around 2 years and her support never wavered. She allowed us to take our time and never pressured us which is something that I think says a lot about her. Additionally, her knowledge of market trends, pricing and valuation is second to none. She sold our house in 2 days for a great price when the average days on market was much higher. If you want an honest, knowledgeable, and always available realtor that puts her clients first...search no further. My family and I will definitely continue to use her for our real estate needs.
Elise helped my wife and I purchase our first home and we were astounded with the work she did! She often checked in with us to make sure we were on top of the paperwork and understood what each document we were signing meant. Elise was very knowledgeable about the inspection process and was even able to help us identify a few extra things to have the sellers repair before purchase. After the purchase was complete and we had moved into our new home, Elise periodically checked in on us to make sure we were happy with our new home.
