She was very knowledgeable about roofing repairs, kitchen renovations and had reasonable contractors give estimates for their work. Since I live out of town she made the process as easy as possible.

I can’t say enough about Elise and the job she did for my family and I. We were in and out of the house market looking for around 2 years and her support never wavered. She allowed us to take our time and never pressured us which is something that I think says a lot about her. Additionally, her knowledge of market trends, pricing and valuation is second to none. She sold our house in 2 days for a great price when the average days on market was much higher. If you want an honest, knowledgeable, and always available realtor that puts her clients first...search no further. My family and I will definitely continue to use her for our real estate needs.

We were looking for a second home in Arizona so I contacted Elise based on her reviews. Having been a lifetime Seattleite I really knew very little about the Arizona 55 & over communities, but between researching the area and Elise’s expertise we bought a lovely home in Victory at Verrado. Elise pointed out a lot of details that I would have missed, negotiated a sweet deal and was a joy to work with the entire time. I truly appreciated her direct nature coupled with her low pressure tactics.
