What can I say about Elise over the past about 6 months of working with her. She helped us with sale of our home which was an odd house in an odd neighborhood so it took some time to sell. Elise stuck with me and my saintly patience (sarcastic) the entire time and got the deal closed. For home buying she has been there with us the entire time as well. We've look at well I've 40 homes and had 3 deals fall out from under us due to appraisal issues but she takes all of it in stride and keeps getting the streets with us to see more. Elise totally understands the frustration and is always helpful, but she also has the New York side which is great for you as a buyer. Any time sellers try to play games she straightens them out pretty quickly. We are Midway through the 4th escrow right now and fingers crossed we'll close and she can finally get paid for dealing with us. She probably won't want to hear this but, there is no way I would use anyone other than Elise in the valley.
