We started our house buying search two years before making a purchase. Elise was referred to us. She had the patience of a Buddhist Monk or rather a Monkette. Elise rode this slow train with us the whole trip. Never taking the opportunity to jump off at the many stops along the way. Then we found the perfect house. The problem was that it already was under contract with a second offer above asking price. They were not accepting any other offers and not showing it. Elise contacted the selling agent and presented our unique advantages as buyers. The first buyer backed out and Elise got the call first and we moved into first place. Elise handled the negotiations and kept us informed constantly. It was not as simple as we had hoped, however, Elise kept it simple for us. She used her connections to get us the inspections for the problem areas and the contractors to fix them. She really had to earn her commission with us, and she also earned our respect. I can’t think of any reason that she shouldn’t be your Realtor.
