I have used Elise buying a house and selling a house. I have also recommended her to multiple people who also had great experiences. Elise has the most Up to date knowledge on the market and will get things done period. She is reliable, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to accomplish the mission! My most recent sale I was out of state and my house kept having problems with people vandalizing it and she took matters into her own hands and fixed everything multiple times and made sure to get my House sold in a timely manner. She is great to her clients and will fight for you in the negotiations. You can count on her for anything anytime.

I am a real estate broker myself with over 30 years experience so when it came time to look for an agent for my daughter who lives in a different state, I did quite a bit of research to find a superior agent with patience, knowledge and excellent guidance (as well as one that works as hard as I do). Elise Fay was the perfect fit. She did a fabulous job in looking out for my daughter's interests, and negotiated a great deal with a rather difficult agent on the other end. Also, after escrow was over, Elise was not and continued to help my daughter with vendor and other recommendations as well as coordinating her move-in. We are so happy we found her! As a real estate professional myself I can tell you Elise has my absolute highest recommendation. You will be in great hands with Elise!

Caught in the midst of a rising interest rate environment, Elise remained focused on our objectives and despite challenges presented by an unsophisticated buyer Elise helped us navigate the process and close the sale like a true professional.

Elise, has a solid understanding of the market and a strong strategic direction when negotiating and working through the purchase process. In the crazy Covid environment she knew where to push and where to hold. It was a pleasures to work with her on our last home purchase!

The͏ best for a first time home buyer! Elise was the best! I am so thankful I found her when looking for an agent in buying my first home. Told͏ all of my friends and family about Elise! I could not have asked for a better realtor to help me sell my home. Elise was highly recommended to me by a friend when I mentioned that I did not know where to start looking for a realtor. From the very first phone call, Elise was readily available, transparent and professional. She answered all of my questions (at any time of day!). She made sure to consistently update me throughout every step of the process. She went above and beyond with every detail and it did not go unnoticed. I feel extremely fortunate to have met Elise and have her on my side during the sale of my home. Even after the sale of my home, Elise continued to provide resources and contacts for my move out of the state. If you need someone who is upfront, knows their stuff and will fight for you, I highly recommend Elise!
