After more than 30 years in corporate America and nearly four decades living along South Carolina's coast, I've learned that buying or selling a home is almost always part of a much bigger transition. Retirement. A career change. A growing family. Downsizing. Relocating hundreds of miles from everything that's familiar. Those decisions deserve more than someone who unlocks doors and writes contracts. When I began my real estate career, I made a commitment to approach it the same way I approached every stage of my professional life: with curiosity, discipline, and a commitment to never stop learning. I immersed myself in the market, earned advanced designations, studied local trends, toured communities, met with builders, and invested in understanding this market beyond what most clients ever see. I believe preparation is one of the greatest ways I can serve the people who trust me. I believe great real estate starts by listening. My approach is simple: listen first, advise honestly, and advocate fiercely. I take the time to understand how you want to live because where you live shapes how you live. The right neighborhood, commute, lifestyle, and community matter just as much as the number of bedrooms. You'll never hear me tell you what I think you want to hear just to make a sale. we received the most amazing personal service from Elayna. Promptly returned calls and texts for all questions and concerns we had. Was readily available to see all the condos we were interested in promptly booking appointments to see them. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented making our closing seamless. The only agent will we use for future transactions.

An amazingly professional and personable expert!

We were living in Kentucky when house hunting in Myrtle Beach. She brought us through the journey of focusing on Carolina Forest and realizing what we really wanted was Market Common. (You may be the opposite, and she'll guide you through that, too!) Then, our Kentucky house sale got complicated and dramatic. Elayna used her professional skills from her previous career to help us navigate contracts, limits, and assurances. She didn't have to help us with our house sale, but she did. We confidently closed on both homes and are tickled with how she worked the entire process!
