I had originally reached out to another realtor agency but after a few weeks of disappointing viewings I thought about Elaine who had sold me my first house. From the second that she picked up the phone and listened to my issues and concerns she was focused on me and my needs. She quickly bagan to set up appointments and showings and patiently heard all my complaints on each house. She even stood by me as I chose what I thought would be the house of my dreams but would only cancel everything at the closing date. Now that takes caring… she could have dropped me and given up on me but nope… she continued to make appointments for every house I wanted to see giving her insight and knowledge about property and then I found it The house of my dreams but not only my dreams but my kids as well. I closed on my house last Saturday. If it had not been for her, I probably would have landed on something I didn’t like or would have struggled with. She helped incredibly there was nothing she wasn’t ready to take on. Didn’t matter how much I changed it up or added to things that I wanted for a house. She was always open and ready and willing to listen and look for what I wanted and making sure that I got what I wanted. I can not thank her enough. Wife is happy that’s all that matters, she spoke to my wife like a friend. It was not a business transaction. It was like going shopping with a friend. That’s what the wife had to say.

However that being said; this means I have a unique perspective on Elaine's work ethic and drive, no other client of hers gets to see. Elaine is a realtor with over a decade of experience, and long before I became a client I have seen her working hard for any one that chooses her to represent them. Weekends, late into the evening, doing what she needs to; to make the process of buying/selling your home for you. Single/significant other either way she will work with you and around your schedules. She has her clients best interests in heart, and will go to bat for them. She doesn't take guff form from other realtors while being completely professional. She has a good working relationship with a handful of like minded lenders and title companies all of which will work hard to get you the best loans and rates available to you at that given time. Personal testimonial: It took us over a year to find a home, not to a lack of hard work on Elaine's side. At first our loan and rate left us with slim options, that just weren't what we wanted. We stepped back to focus on our finances, and looked did showing of homes when some thing looked like it may have potential. After some time we replied for a loan, better finances, better loan, better rates, and began the hunt again. Every time we put in an offer Elaine would talk us through it and put forth our best foot. Twice we were the back up offer, but were just passed up to bids that were substantially over market value. We weren't even the highest bid on our home, but due to clever crafting of our offer were the more "appealing choice." -seller- Elaine has represented both buyers and sellers, and knows what each side is looking for. Now you might be thinking, "well of course her son would say that," well dear reader facts don't lie. There is a reason multiple people have been Elaine's repeat clients.

This is the second time I’ve used Elaine and she was just as awesome as the first time. Elaine was kind and informational. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the Market Prices in the area I was looking for land. I will definitely be saving Elaine Bradley in my contacts for when I’m ready to purchase again.
