We met Drew on a short weekend trip to the St. Pete/Clearwater area. With no preplanned agenda to look at homes to buy, we popped open the computer and saw several interesting properties. With almost no notice Drew got us in to see everything on our list. When we walked into the last home we totally fell in love with it. He then handled all the details from the initial inspection, negotiating the repairs and kept a close eye on the entire process until we closed. In addition he secured a renter for the property to cover our costs until we are ready to move into our new home! A++ service! There is nothing more that you could expect from an agent. He quickly responded to every communication even outside of ‘business hours’. He is the perfect agent for an out of town buyer.
