This is my second home bought with Doug. He always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. He truly advocates for us as buyers, calling the sellers agent with any concerns, coordinating with the insurance agents and builders, among more. I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible. I text him to see if he has a few minutes to chat and really no matter when, he gives me an instant call back and answers my questions. We will be continuing to work with Doug for any future house purchases or even sales! You can’t go wrong with him and you’ll really feel like you have someone very reliable on your side to help you pick and buy the right house, and deliver on everything required to close.

Douglas did a great job assisting us with the purchase of our first home. We are from out of town so it wasn’t easy for us to look around at a bunch of houses. Douglas took the time to truly understand exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect home. His expertise in the market’s geographic area was instrumental in determining the best deal while considering the future resale value for the area. Douglas was very involved in all aspects of the closing. Even after closing, he made sure our house would feel like home as soon as we walked through the door! He was friendly, responsive, consistent with updating/checking in, and always gave great advice. We couldn’t be happier and appreciate him very much!

Doug, was great to work with finding our new home. Over about 6 months of looking at MULTIPLE properties, he was patient and kind to us, even when we didn’t like a property his response was, “ Ok on to the next one”. His level of knowledge of the market and was paramount.Doug also has people that can help with floors, paint, concrete work ect. This makes this flow even better.We would use him again.
