He truly advocates for us as buyers, calling the sellers agent with any concerns, coordinating with the insurance agents and builders, among more. I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible. I text him to see if he has a few minutes to chat and really no matter when, he gives me an instant call back and answers my questions.
