Doug is also very familiar with the areas he services, is well informed on demographics, school systems, and other very useful information for perspective buyers. An actual buyer's agent in the real sense of the term, he comes prepared and has your best interests in mind, and not at all a 'quick sale guy' like many of the agents happen to be. I did find my home via Doug and it was a very easy purchase process and he even helped with additional information on the septic system, the inspection company, and the well water testing services that can be used.
