Throughout the process of selling our house, we were meet with a real estate agent who was very knowledgeable with the market, and exhibited high levels of professionalism and communication. As offers started to be presented for the property, he would contact us and outline all details, often asking our thoughts about the offer and then providing his insight. The bottom line is that he is very personable, he strives to create a no pressure environment, he seeks to get what is best for his client by guiding them, but allows you as the seller/buyer to make the final decision. At the time we sold our house, we received nine offers on the first day after it was listed and the showings were completed.
