An actual buyer's agent in the real sense of the term, he comes prepared and has your best interests in mind, and not at all a 'quick sale guy' like many of the agents happen to be. I did find my home via Doug and it was a very easy purchase process and he even helped with additional information on the septic system, the inspection company, and the well water testing services that can be used.
