Doris was an amazing Realitor- very knowledgeable about the market, local comps and helped with staging my house. When the house sold she helped set up all the repair companies to make closing happe . What I like is when your realtor is the one who works your open house and however many you want she makes it happen with good advertising. She knows a lot of people living in Idaho over 40 plus years- photographers, loan officers, custom builders, local regulations, design taste, etc. Definitely the all around package. I would use her again in an instant- she’s my realtor.
