Doris was an amazing Realitor- very knowledgeable about the market, local comps and helped with staging my house. When the house sold she helped set up all the repair companies to make closing happe . What I like is when your realtor is the one who works your open house and however many you want she makes it happen with good advertising. She knows a lot of people living in Idaho over 40 plus years- photographers, loan officers, custom builders, local regulations, design taste, etc. Definitely the all around package. We had a time frame in mind to sell our house, but had a vacation planned right before that and did not want people to come see the house while we had a house sitter present. Doris was very good with recommending to put the house out there as a "Coming Sale" to get interest generated, but not allow agents to view yet. Doris worked with us to be able to show the house with notice to be able to put our cats in crates to keep them safe and allow a full viewing of the house. Between Doris and the buyers Agent - we received a letter from a family letting us know about them and how the fast market had worked to keep them out of several houses due to Cash Investors. We enjoyed learning about this family and knowing that our home was going to be this family's home. Our house sold in 4 days and it only took that long because we set up a viewing time limit with a final decision made on the 4th day. This was an exceptionally easy process for us. Doris made sure all of the paperwork was completed in a timely manner and kept us informed during the entire process. We recommend her whole heartedly!!!
