Dona is an amazing Realtor!! She is the person you want to help you find a new home! She was available for all of my questions and concerns. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional and a great advocate. Dona’s guidance throughout the process helped reduce any anxiety or stress I had as a buyer. Dona was awesome to work with! She truly listened to what you said and she is honest with you if she is not totally understanding your most important amenities you are looking for in your new home. For me she had trouble determining what the MOST important amenities were that I wanted for me versus what was MOST important to me for my pet dog. Once I explained in better detail she was “right on” in her selection of possible homes. There will always be a give and take but if you are honest with yourself and with Dona about what’s really important, she found me EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED with one or two minor exceptions! She’s also fun to work with! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home of any kind!

Dona helped us with selling our home. We had already bought another home and moved out of state. So we really relied on her to be our eyes and ears. Selling a home is already a stressful time but Dona had to keep us extra calm as two hurricane's came through as we were under contract. She did a great job with that. She was great in navigating through multiple offers that came in on our home and helping us pick the best one. She kept us advised and provided updates throughout the process and managed more than a couple stressful setbacks along the way. Our original closing date was pushed back due to the hurricanes. It put a lot of stress on us because we were going out of the country and was sure this would all be behind us. Dona explained that the closing company would have to Fed Ex us documents to sign and we'd need to be in front of a notary in a foreign country and get the documents back to Florida....aye...stressful! But, when I spoke to the closing company they said all we needed to do was come in and sign all our paperwork in front of their notary before going out of the country. Yay, easy!! All that would be needed to be signed electronically would be the closing statement when it became available. All in all, we had a good experience with Dona Anello as our realtor.
