From the Beginning we felt very comfortable with Greg and his wife Val(who handles the title end). They make an awesome team! We were impressed by his knowledge of the area and his keen eye for what we wanted in a home. He spent several weekends showing us different areas and homes to suit our lifestyle. Then he did it! He has the expertise to look at your home, evaluate it and give you the honest pros and cons of your property to get you a fair to better market value. He knows the details of canal homes like condition of your seawall, depth of water in your canal, ease of Gulf access, and condition of your home that all lead to his through evaluation and honest marketing of your home. I'd hire him again should I ever have a home to sell and recommend him to anyone looking to get the best market value from your waterfront home. Put simply, He's good people.
