A good man to have available when you can not be there. Can supply a good list of service providers for inspections, repairs estimates, feature upgrades, and closing. Also a wealth of information regarding boating, fishing, utilities, and restaurants.

We recently purchased a home in Hudson Fl . We chose Greg because of his online reviews and we were not let down . We were from out of state and relied on him and his company to get us through the buying process . We looked at a few homes with Greg but had to head back home to Pa. We ended up finding a home online and called Greg to see if he would look at it for us . He and his wife went to look at the home and gave us a FaceTime tour . We ended up purchasing the home sight unseen . That's how much we trusted him and his opinion . I can only speak to my experience but, if you have a canal/waterfront property in this area you want to sell contact this Guy! He's local, raised here and lives locally on a canal. He has the expertise to look at your home, evaluate it and give you the honest pros and cons of your property to get you a fair to better market value. He knows the details of canal homes like condition of your seawall, depth of water in your canal, ease of Gulf access, and condition of your home that all lead to his through evaluation and honest marketing of your home. I'd hire him again should I ever have a home to sell and recommend him to anyone looking to get the best market value from your waterfront home. Put simply, He's good people.

We found Greg on Zillow and from the first phone call I had with him I felt very comfortable with him. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable. He really knows the area since he has lived there for a while which was a big plus for us since we know nothing about the area.
