This was my first time buying a home and I contacted Greg after seeing positive reviews. First thing I told him was I have never done this before and would need my hand held through the process. He said not to worry and he'd treat me like one of his kids and he did. He was knowledgeable, responded in a quick manner and answered any questions I had, and there were a lot of them. Once he knew what kind of home I was interested in we looked and he never pushed or tried to make me look at homes I wasn't interested in. His wife works with him and they price shopped for my insurances. Once the home inspection came back he was quick to get the seller to fix the issues before closing. I thought the home buying experience would be stressful but he handled everything. I'm sure he is great with experienced home buyers as well, and if you are looking to buy your first just grab your phone and make the call he'll take care of you.

It really comes down to whether you want to sell your house or not. I've never had a realtor personally show my house himself as much as Greg did. His enthusiasm and knowledge of coastal homes is second to none and I think it's contagious to a buyer and helpful to someone who is buying his first house on the coast of Florida. Most realtors list your home and sit back and hope someone else sells it. Greg lists it and then does his best to show it to every buyer he works with and he exposes it very actively online. He's a one-of-a-kind realtor and I am so very happy he was referred to us by another of his clients when we were trying to find someone to sell our house.
