A good man to have available when you can not be there. Can supply a good list of service providers for inspections, repairs estimates, feature upgrades, and closing. Also a wealth of information regarding boating, fishing, utilities, and restaurants.

We recently purchased a home in Hudson Fl . We chose Greg because of his online reviews and we were not let down . We were from out of state and relied on him and his company to get us through the buying process . We looked at a few homes with Greg but had to head back home to Pa. We ended up finding a home online and called Greg to see if he would look at it for us . He and his wife went to look at the home and gave us a FaceTime tour . We ended up purchasing the home sight unseen . That's how much we trusted him and his opinion .
