Diana is more than a realtor! She had faith in us from the beginning as we began our family and actually sold us our first home. She has since seen us grow together as a larger family and has always been available whenever we had any questions regarding contacts, building maintenance, HOA questions and has always been there with a smile and would always find an answer. When it came time to decide to make our future decisions to put our house on the market, we keep in constant contact regarding our decision and she helped us understand the market to see when the best time to sell would be and again always had an answer no matter how small our annoying questions were. We see her as a true friend and would highly recommend her as not only a realtor but also as a friend who always has time for you.

Let me tell you about Diana. She is a very passionate, professional, caring and all around awesome real estate agent whom I had the pleasure of working as helped us buy and sell our house (a couple years later). Throughout the whole process I was kept in the loop about what's going on with the process and all the fancy real estate terms explained to me. It is hard to navigate the waters of buying and selling your house these days - so much pressure from the intense market we are in currently. Diana consistently exceeded my expectations with her exceptional work ethic and the ability to move mountains quickly. From beginning to end, our experience with Diana Kolec was beyond our expectations; she became a friend! We interviewed Diana to be our realtor for the sale of our home because we knew she was familiar with our neighborhood. Diana is an extremely knowledgeable professional who understands the market and is prompt, efficient and very responsive to questions and requests. She recommended a local lender who could meet closing timelines, worked well with the lender and escrow company to ensure the transaction went forward smoothly once an offer was accepted, and she was also very intuitive about what kinds of houses I would (and would not!) want to look at. A great experience start to finish. (She also knows many local professionals, who can handle things which need doing at a home once a sale closes, and that has been incredibly helpful.)

Diana is knowledgeable and very easy to access with questions. She knows her business and works hard to help sell or buy your home. I have used her services three times. She is kind and compassionate. You really feel like you are working with a friend who wants to help!
