I love working with Dennis & Terri Kostaska for several reasons, I can not say enough of good thing about them; *They are very knowledge about real estate and always available to answer all my questions. If I had questions in regards to something else, not related to real state ( like mortgage , inspections etc ) they were always willing to try to assist me if possible. *They care about their customers !! I moved from other state to FL, so shopping for a new home was not easy for me, but Terri and Dennis made sure I looked around until I found the prefect place for me. They also help me to do an amazing negotiation with the seller. * I was not able to be present in FL at closing , so Dennis made a really nice video for me for the final walk through of my new home. *After closing they still checking on me to make sure everything is fine.
