We are New Yorkers. As an attorney and real estate investor for many years, I've worked with many Realtors. Initially, we engaged a Realtor 'out of the blue'. After one showing, she expected us to sign an exclusive agreement with her. We mentioned our dilemma to a local contractor, who we met in a restaurant, and he suggested Dennis.
