Also, even though 2+ years transpired as I was working with Denise, she still remembered all the important features I was looking for in my new home without missing a beat. When it finally came time for me to choose a property to buy, she brought me so many great options that it was difficult to choose between them! Denise always kept me informed throughout the process from helping me to write a fair contract to purchase, helping to organize the home inspection and follow-ups promptly, guiding me through all the necessary insurance and lending work that was necessary, and finally making it to the closing table at the title company.
