Denis has sold numerous homes for me in the Fort Lauderdale metro area and almost every single time he finds a way to get multiple offers and usually over asking price. Typically I give him the keys and disappear for the weekend and he gets it sold. Not only that, the transactions always make it to the the closing table on time and with very few hiccups.
