If I could rate her 10 stars, I would. Deborah Walz has been the most hands-on seller’s agent I’ve ever met. We sold our townhome for 100K more than she originally estimated, because she recommended to us what improvements to make on the home, and then she lined up the contractors herself, making it so easy for us to get it ready for sale. And sell it did! We didn’t even have to list it, a buyer saw what was going on and made an offer before the work was finished! Wow. And she truly cares about her clients. Escrow closed yesterday, and I’m so happy and so satisfied.

It has been truly my pleasure to work with Deborah. I needed to sell my brother's property in Laguna Woods as he is now living in a retirement community. I am his Attorney in Fact and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. His property, which I have never seen, is in California. I was not expecting this to be an easy procedure. I was wrong. Deborah made it a smooth process. As soon as I listed the coop with her, she was involved in taking care of the property and doing what needed to be done to make it marketable, going above and beyond what I expected a realtor would do.The former tenant had left the refrigerator and the oven in less than pristine condition and there were problems with the landscape that did not meet standards of the community. She is a very knowledgeable, very professional and very personable realtor. I only wish she lived closer to Cincinnati and could take on the next property I need to sell!
