The work was done efficiently. I wanted a Friday appointment but that did not happen so I had to change my other tasks to accommodate this appointment.

At 62 and being a first-time home buyer this was an extremely scary process for me! I could not have asked for anyone better to guide me through this process, every step of the way I knew I had someone there to count on that would always be upfront and honest with me with their opinions and their guidance. Debbie and Mark made a extremely stressful situation into a wonderful experience!

Both Debbie and Mark went above and beyond. They were always available, answered all questions, contacted seller/realtor when needed, contacted manager of mobile home park, contacted title company, made sure every question i asked was answered. both travelled to view the mobile home and even took video and covered everything live while a friend and I watched and asked questions. this whole sale was done with me in another state and Debbie and Mark represented me responsibly and with integrity. I would highly recommend them to represent any buyer or seller.

Debbie Dailey and her partner, Mark Thomas, went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. They were very knowledgeable and most helpful, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs to hire a Realtor. Mine was a long distance move, and they checked up on the property frequently and kept me updated. I had left a few items behind as I had to leave earlier than expected (due to snow being predicted), and Debbie and Mark even discarded those items for me. Since I was selling a single-wide mobile home, the commission was not large, but they treated me as if I were just as important as a million dollar customer! I just can't say enough about how much I appreciated how they handled my sale in such a professional and extraordinary manner. I would certainly hire them again in a heartbeat!
