Dawn not only successfully handled one but 2 sales for us simultaneously. She was persistant in dealing with the difficult bank involved and was able to make a short-sale happen when the bank was determined to send the properties to foreclosure. While an attorney and many others advised that we let the properties go into foreclosure and file bankruptcy, Dawn was adamant that a sale was possible. She kept a positive attitude and was prompt and courteous throughout the long (nearly 2 year) process. Her knowledge in dealing with lenders and ability to negotiate are unparrelled. We are so appreciative for all she did for us and are happy to say our credit it stating to look better!

My wife and I worked with Dawn for a while before deciding on a house. After interacting with many other representatives in real estate sales, Dawn stood out to us for many reasons. She was "real" with us throughout our house search, giving us advise vs sales pitches, finding out what would make us happy vs trying to push us in the first house we smiled at, and working around our schedules vs "fitting us in" where there was time. Throughout the house hunting, Dawn was more of a partner, friend, family member, and advisor than anything else.
