Dawn Has sold two properties for me and I will not hesitate to use her in the future when it comes time to sell my current home. She is a professional through and through it doesn’t amazing job selling a house in a timely manner. I would recommend her to anyone!

This was out first experience in buying home in US. When I started my home search my intension was to learn about the process and not to rush and buy the house as we were not aware of the process , the construction, the technology that goes in the type of construction we see in US. The way we use to have meetings with Dawn with detail discussion, the process went so smooth that we ended up buying a beautiful healthy house. I am very thankful to Dawn that she hold our hand till end and walk us through this whole process very smoothly. She never forced us in making any decision in-fact she pointed out the problems in the houses that we use to visit and make us aware of them. Time to time she referred us the best people like home inspector, financing company etc. which made our process really smooth. Her team is so proactive that they answered our queries very timely. In-fact after getting the possession we goy stuck in small claim which we were not able to make but Dawn stepped in and helped us in getting our claim successfully. She do her best in answering your questions or contacting seller for clarification. Today also I am confident if I will text her any question she will answer me with some flexibility in time.
