This was out first experience in buying home in US. When I started my home search my intension was to learn about the process and not to rush and buy the house as we were not aware of the process , the construction, the technology that goes in the type of construction we see in US. In-fact after getting the possession we goy stuck in small claim which we were not able to make but Dawn stepped in and helped us in getting our claim successfully.
