Dawn is absolutely phenomenal. She worked day and night to complete a transaction involving a difficult realtor, and leveraged all available resources to obtain a favorable result under unfavorable circumstances. Dawn stayed on top of the purchase throughout, resulting in me comfortably and confidently signing the closing documents for the "right" home. I truly cannot understate the effectiveness of her communication. There were days during the process where our correspondence began at 7 AM and ended past midnight. I cannot remember a circumstance where she did not respond within minutes of my inquiry. I rarely write reviews for people, products, or services, but I think Dawn truly went above and beyond in this transaction. Compared to experience with realtors from four other real estate transactions, Dawn easily was the most engaged, forthright, and hardworking.
Dawn Maloney did a great job! She did fantastic work. I am not the easiest client she has ever had. Dawn did a phenomenal job rising to the occasion and did things my way! I am a my way or the highway client and she exceeded my expectations. This was my 3rd home purchase and have dealt with over 10 realtors in the past. Only two get my stamp of approval!

We first met Dawn when looking to buy some property. She was the listing agent. She was very easy to talk with and very helpful in finding numerous properties for us to look at. She is very professional and accessible. Tiffany was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. We didn't find the property we wanted at that time, but a year later we needed to sell one of our houses and so I called Dawn. She sold my house in 3 days! Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. They were in constant contact and explained all the processes of the dealings so no surprises or confusion. Tiffany Stockwell is a ray of sunshine. Her youthful exuberance coupled with her strong work ethic makes her a complete dynamo. She is very professional and courteous. She took the time to listen to what we were saying and then guide us towards homes that fit our needs. Her communication skills are above reproach. Tiffany was available to us almost all the time. If not in person, by phone or text she made herself available. She takes the time to get to "know" her clients and works very hard to find exactly what they are looking for... NOT what she wants to sell them. It's also plain to see that she puts the time in to learn the areas as she has a vast knowledge of towns & neighborhoods. You have a choice as to who you use as your agent... you are a fool to pass her up.
