We are so grateful to Dawn for helping us through a very complicated sale with a unique home that required a unique buyer and many obstacles along the way. Because of her professionalism, we were able to navigate through some challenging and unexpected county and Township hurdles; as well as “act of God” events (tornado with tree damage) and the emotional decision to let go of a home we lived in for 26 years. She was calm, patient, firm, honest, and made a point to do direct marketing to a non-conventional buyer Client base. She also made some great suggestions on some improvement ideas that required minimal effort and investment but greatly enhanced the buying appeal of our home. Despite the many challenges along the way, we found a perfect buyer who now lives in their dream home all because of her diligence and efforts leveraging a perfectly executed buyer/seller matching exercise. She followed through on all our requests, worked well with the selling agent and us through the agreement terms, and made sure we walked away fully-satisfied with a sense that we all were winners.
