My house needed a lot of TLC with little budget to fix and she was able to sell my house within four months at a fairly good price that I was very happy with! Her communications were outstanding. She kept me updated as soon as she had news. She understands all aspects of buying and selling and helped me with challenges I was facing. Jennifer began our journey with a level of professionalism and comfort that in my humble opinion, is hard to find these days. Explanation of the process was smooth and uncomplicated. She laid out what I could expect from her and the Tremaine Reality Team, and the bonus was she made herself available 24/7 throughout the process. Having access to all of her resources was one of the may saving graces. The Property had an abundance of online hits due to the picture perfect layout, of the photos of the home, polebarn and landscape, no wonder the biding war was so intense. The showings were conducted with precision, sold in 3 day days. The closing was a breeze, met new owners and could not be more pleae.
