My house needed a lot of TLC with little budget to fix and she was able to sell my house within four months at a fairly good price that I was very happy with! Jeneifer is very caring for her clients as well, and that's important to her because I've seen her actions and heard her words towards to her clients! Her communications were outstanding. She kept me updated as soon as she had news. She understands all aspects of buying and selling and helped me with challenges I was facing. She knew exactly how to position my offer to help me in a unique situation. She was in my corner all the way and wanted to help me buy a home that was perfect for me.
