Shannon, always has her clients best interest at heart. She knows everything about the real estate she is selling for you or buying. There is simply no one better in this market or surrounding market than Shannon.

Working with Karen was an absolute gift. She brought deep, practical knowledge of the local market, but more than that, she brought patience and grace to every step. Even with our modest budget and long wish list, she never once made us feel small or rushed. She listened, really listened, kept showing up, kept looking for creative options and kept our hope steady. Her negotiation skills were sharp and calm, and she explained everything clearly, so we never felt lost. She connected us with trustworthy people, stayed one step ahead, and treated us like people, not a transaction. We’re so grateful for her steady presence and genuine care. Simply put, we couldn’t have done this without her. Thank you Karen!

Her communications were outstanding. She kept me updated as soon as she had news. She understands all aspects of buying and selling and helped me with challenges I was facing. She knew exactly how to position my offer to help me in a unique situation. She was in my corner all the way and wanted to help me buy a home that was perfect for me. She went as far as to go show me a home on Christmas Eve, in an effort to acquire the home that checked off all my boxes, especially when I wasn't actively looking to buy.
