Would not use anyone except for Dave when it comes to buying a house. He is very detail oriented and looks for both positive and negative things about each house. He was able to point out possible red flags that an inspector would find because he has dedicated his time to researching and observing inspections in the past. A lot of those details can be easily overlooked while getting caught up in walking through homes. Having Dave there made our decision to purchase our home much more informed and confident that we knew what we were buying. I highly recommend anyone to use him for buying or selling a house.
